Who? (short version)

Born 1979, London, England. Still plodding onwards, if not exactly slouching towards Bethlehem.

Where?

- nothing, like something, happens anywhere -

As of January 2014, I am a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Lancaster University, England.

What?

- the point of all this is not the reduction of the familiar to the unfamiliar... but the extension of the familiar to cover many more cases -

We still don't understand the module theory (or representations, if you prefer) of certain natural algebras arising in functional analysis and adjacent areas. This strikes me as both a shame and a challenge.
