Work on the Markov Modulated Poisson Process (MMPP) with Paul Fearnhead

Gzipped tar file of C code and related files implementing the Gibbs and Metropolis-Hastings samplers for event-time data - requires GSL. (See my publications page for the two relevant papers).

To unzip it (on a unix system) type
$ tar xvzf mmpp2.tar.gz

Then read the README file.

Data: E.coli Chi-site positions (as used in the JRSSB paper) are given in the following four text files. A full description is in the readme file.
