Data here is for leading and lagging parts of the inner and outer strands 
and corresponds to the following files:
E.coli.lag.inner
E.coli.lag.outer 
E.coli.lead.inner
E.coli.lead.outer

Data are the position along the genome in kilo-bases 
at which the (first base of each) Chi-site was found.

The four files are space separated text format.

The very first numbers is the number of actual occurences of the Chi-site 
contained in the file.
The second number is a   1

All remain numbers are data.

The total length of each strand is 2319.838 kilo-bases.
