MAGIC

Lancaster is part of the MAGIC group of fifteen mathematics departments in universities in England, which runs a wide range of postgraduate-level lecture courses using Access Grid videoconferencing technology.

I was giving the introductory course in Pure Functional Analysis MAGIC061. Last academic year (2010-11) the course was running in the first semester.

GREIFSWALD SUMMER SCHOOL

Lecture notes from a Summer School on Quantum Independent Increment Processes, with Applications to Physics, held at the University of Greifswald, Germany, are collected in two volumes edited by Uwe Franz and Michael Schuermann and published in Springer Lecture Notes 1865 (2005); 1866 (2006).

The notes of my course, Quantum stochastic analysis -- an introduction , may be accessed from jml.

GRENOBLE SUMMER SCHOOL

Lecture notes from a Summer School on Quantum Probability held at the University of Grenoble, France, are collected in two volumes of the series Quantum Probability Communications, edited by Stephane Attal and myself. In order to optimise their usefulness for current and future students of quantum probability, all contributions were carefully refereed and extensively revised for publication. An extensive bibliography containing the references from all the lectures is included in Volume XII.
Quantum Probability Communications, QP-PQ XI, XII (2003).

The notes of my course, Integral-sum kernel operators, will appear here shortly.
