Perfect Simulation from Nonneutral Population Genetics Models
Newer code, which allows for different demographic models is available here
Single Locus Models
These programs allow simulation from the stationary distribution of
population genetic models with selection, using the ancestral selection graph.
There are two programs, hap which copes with haploid (or genic)
selection, and dip which copes with diploid selection.
I am currently working on a new version of these programs: simulation of
sequence data, with recombination and selection. If you are interested in this
please let me know.
- Archived, compressed version (to be compiled with gcc):
hap.tar
dip.tar
To extract after down loading type:
tar -xvf file.tar
- Executable version (DOS/Windows):
hap.zip
dip.zip
After downloading the file you need to unzip it. This can be done by
typing :
unzip file.zip
Details for running the program are given in the relevant README
files.
If you have any problems downloading, or unzipping these programs,
