Each data-set in this directory consists of (x,y) pairs
giving the locations of a set of events within a designated
planar region. In most case, the region is a rectangle, 
often the unit square.

Files are to be read row-wise.

In some cases, supplementary information is included,
but this should be cleaned up in the near future.
