New academic posts for the department
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking to make appointments to a Chair of Statistics, a Chair of Algebra, a Lectureship in Statistics and two Lectureships in Algebra.
Over the last four years, the Department has seen an increase in undergraduate numbers of over 80% and in research student numbers of over 40%: these posts arise from that success and our desire to maintain it.
