Degree courses

Lancaster University offers three single-honours degree courses in mathematics and statistics, which may be studied for three years (leading to a BSc) or, in greater depth, over four years (leading to an MSci). With the four-year MSci, there is the opportunity to study abroad in Australia, Canada or the USA on our international programme. An Australian beach visited by one of our International students

There are also twelve combined-honours courses, which involve studying mathematics and statistics along with sciences, languages, business or humanities.

Certain courses may lead to accreditation with professional societies.

The department has recently signed an Erasmus agreement with the Université de Franche-Comté in Besançon, France.
