Tatiana Xifara (statistics, PhD student)

I am a third year PhD student, supervised by Dr. Chris Sherlock and Prof. Paul Fearnhead. My research project is focused on Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithms for interpreting Zoonosis diseases. Before coming here, I was studying at the Department of Mathematics, University of Athens, where I did my master in Statistics and Operational Research (dissertation's title: Maximal Correlation for random variables, Supervisor: Prof. Nickos Papadatos) and my bachelor in Mathematics.
